	The "Ktav-Net" Network places dynamic publishing tools at your disposal allowing you to quickly and easily publish your own journal. This is a complete journal publishing system, which includes all the functions found on any "hard copy" journal: editor-in-chief, assistant editors, section-editors, photographers, graphic editors and proofreaders. The only thing missing is the printing press. You will be able to read your journal directly from the computer screen without having to go out and buy it. You are invited to complete the registration form and open your own journal on the "Ktav-Net" Network.
